Do not be first. Be the place people check before repeating it.
We track football claims before they resolve: what was said, what the public sources support, what changed, and whether we were right. Every call is timestamped in a public, append-only record we cannot silently edit.
Player availability (injury, fitness, suspension affecting a match), lineups (who starts / is in the squad), and "safe to say" — the strongest wording the public evidence supports before kickoff. We deliberately don't cover tactical or refereeing opinions, transfer gossip, or political discourse. Selective reliability beats shallow coverage.
| Tier | Meaning | Confidence |
|---|---|---|
| T1 | Primary / official / direct documentary source | 0.90–0.99 |
| T2 | Credible single source, not yet primary-confirmed | 0.60–0.85 |
| T3 | Rumour / aggregation / weak or unclear sourcing | 0.20–0.55 |
| T4 | Contradicted by stronger evidence | 0.01–0.25 |
Every claim also gets a safe sentence — what you can say without overstating — and a share status: safe-to-share, share-with-caveat, wait, do-not-repeat-yet, false-as-worded, contradicted.
When we're wrong, we post a correction within ~2 hours: the claim, what we scored, what it resolved to, and the specific reason we missed. A miss handled openly is evidence of process, not failure.
We use public sources only — no insider, embargoed, or private information ever. Every rating is justifiable by a public link. This methodology and our corrections are public and versioned.
